About Tira Palfini, PA-C

Tira Palfini is a board certified physician assistant. She attended University of California Santa Barbara where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Physiology and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. She received her Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies at Samuel Merritt University. Prior to working with the Spine & Nerve Diagnostic Center team, Tira worked in Pain Management for 10 years in the Sacramento region. She believes in a multimodal approach for pain diagnoses and treatment and strives to help chronic pain patients accomplish their goals and improve their quality of life. In her free time, she enjoys being outdoors with her husband and daughters.
