Provider's Bio

Isabel Mike, PA-C

Isabel is a board certified physician assistant who is passionate about providing high-quality, whole-person centered health care including the mind, body and spirit. She was born in New York but raised in Scottsdale, AZ and resided there for over 20 years. She and her young family and husband moved to Roseville early spring 2025. 

Isabel completed her Bachelor's degree in Molecular and Cellular Biology with a Minor in Vocal Performance from the University of Arizona. After graduating, she then worked as a medical scribe/scribe manager establishing scribe programs at different multi-specialty clinics including primary care, internal medicine, pulmonology, hematology/oncology, cardiology, and urology for three years to gain clinical and patient experience. Isabel then went on to pursue her Master's in Physician Assistant studies from A.T Still University in Mesa, AZ.  After graduating, Isabel worked in primary care at an integrated medical clinic that treated chronic medical conditions/concerns for adults.  She also  provided supervision for seriously mentally ill patients who underwent nasal ketamine treatments. Isabel then provided inpatient and outpatient clinical care with Honorhealth Gastroenterology for two years managing/treating patients with an array of gastrointestinal diseases including chronic abdominal pain, IBS, and IBD.  

In her leisure time, Isabel enjoys spending time with her family and is busy raising her two young children. She and her husband are always in search of good food/drink and are excited to explore the natural beauties of the Northern California area.
